Acara yang akan dilaksanakan tanggal 3 hingga 4 Desember 2016 ini rencananya akan dibuka oleh Wakil Presiden RI Bapak Drs. H. Muhammad Yusuf Kalla.

Selain RI 2, yang rencananya akan menghadiri acara yang akan digelar di Gedung Nusantara IV Komplek DPR/MPR RI ini antara lain Jenderal TNI (purn) Ryamizard Ryacudu (Menhan), Sigit Purnomo Syamsudin Said (Pasha Ungu), dan Dr. (HC) H. Zulkifli Hasan, SE, MM (Ketua MPR RI/Ketum DPN IARMI).
